چکیده
Introduction. Hypertension is in the focus of pediatricians worldwide, as it one most common diseases modern pediatric cardiology. Methods. 61 school-age children were examined. They divided into three groups: 1st group included with hypertension, 2nd – prehypertension, and control consisted normal blood pressure. Infrared thermography was performed on back surface hands, remotely, using a certified thermal imager professional software. Thermographic evaluation hands after cold test immediately end test, 1 2 minutes, final degree recovery heat radiation determined 15 minutes. The study found that decrease temperature probably higher than from group. Children prehypertension also had slightly greater compared obtained significant difference between indicators hypertension may be due to worse compensatory mechanisms microcirculatory tract, lower capillary density, presence local spasm venules arterioles them. In addition, have increased vascular resistance, which affects level fall temperature, because emission direct reflection microcirculation fingers child. Conclusion. are likely maximum slower contrast group, disorders.

Arterial response during cold pressor test in borderline hypertension.
We observed previously that sympathetic activation produced by lower body negative pressure increases pulse-pressure amplification with little change in mean pressure. Whether the cold pressor test (CPT) might produce a similar hemodynamic pattern has been ignored. Ten subjects with borderline hypertension and ten age- and sex-matched normotensive controls were compared to investigate carotid-b...

in fact, this study focused on the following questions: 1. is there any difference between the effect of functional/notional approach and the structural approaches to language teaching on the proficiency test of efl learners? 2. can a rather innovative language test referred to as "functional test" ge devised so so to measure the proficiency test of efl learners, and thus be as much reliable an...

Background: Right Ventricular (RV) hypertrophy is an adaptive response to chronic RV pressure overload in patients with pulmonary hypertension. We investigated the relationships between RV hypertrophy indicators, including electrocardiography, the percentage oxygen saturation (SaO2%), body mass index (BMI), and blood uric acid levels in patients with...

have fewer neutrophils sequestered in the pulmonary circulation, but more neutrophils in the airspaces than wild-type mice after cecal ligation and puncture (16). High Vt ventilation can induce iNOS expression and activity in the airspace, and reactive nitrogen species contribute to impaired alveolar epithelial fluid transport and pulmonary edema in VILI (17). The mechanisms of cLT-mediated lun...
